To deliver on our mission to optimize the use and impact of energy to enhance the quality of life in the Southeast, the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA) convenes multiple events. We are committed to cultivating a welcoming and respectful community for all to facilitate genuine openness, collaboration, and idea exchange.
This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, employees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and other participants at SEEA events. We expect all participants in our community to contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment that supports diversity and inclusion.
We will not tolerate unacceptable behavior from any community member. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Participants asked to stop the above behavior must comply immediately and without retaliation. If they do not abide by these rules, we may remove them from the premises, refuse a refund, and ban them from future SEEA events.
Please report any behavior that you observe or experience at
a SEEA event that conflicts with this Code of Conduct. If you are being
harassed or feel uncomfortable, notice that someone else is being harassed, or
have any other concerns, please contact a member of the SEEA event staff
immediately.
